The Healthy Focus Coaching On Demand is an option of your WellAdvantage program for health coaching for those who live in rural areas, work shifts or have other commitments that make it hard to attend face-to-face health coaching and meetings. This program includes 24/7/365 inbound telephonic health coaching and decision support. All eligible employees will receive an initial mailing inviting them to call for any symptom, condition or health related issue. Health coaches use motivational interviewing principles on every call, and every call is viewed as an opportunity to educate and reinforce existing resources. This model typically includes at least one scheduled follow up outbound call. Beyond that, our coaches are encouraged to supplement their coaching conversations with mailed materials, including educational booklets with DVDs when appropriate. The Healthy Maternity program performs risk assessments to identify women at risk for pre-term birth and other pregnancy-related complications for women less than 34 weeks gestation. Risk assessments are used to stratify participants in different levels of risk, such as at-risk or no-risk. All participants identified as at-risk pregnancies are referred to the High Risk OB Program for care management. Based on the member's risk level, educational materials are sent targeting the specific needs of each participant along with general pregnancy and wellness information, and text4baby messaging.
The 24/7 Healthy Maternity nurseline, offers support and answers questions through telephonic interactions with experienced perinatal nurses. Once risks are identified, members receive ongoing clinical support from high-risk OB case managers. A postpartum follow-up is conducted and all members are provided a reminder for a postpartum check-up. The toll-free number remains available for 6 weeks post-delivery. What services are provided?
The WellAdvantage Pharmacy is a full-service pharmacy. Generics, preferred, non-preferred medications, as well as over-the-counter medications are offered. You can save money with reduced copays and reduced price prescription medications.
You can transfer prescriptions from your current pharmacy to the WellAdvantage Pharmacy. You can also fill prescriptions from the WellAdvantage Health Center and other providers. Payment types accepted are cash and Visa/MasterCard/Discover.
WellAdvantage Health Center
Due to COVID - 19 precautions, the Marathon onsite clinic will be offering services by appointment only during their regular hours. Until further notice, there are no walk-in hours on Tuesday and Thursday evenings however, you may schedule an appointment. Many visits are being performed telephonically.

What services are provided?
WellAdvantage Health Center provides healthcare very similar to the care you receive from your primary care physician at no cost. In addition, the Center focuses on health and wellness and provides many services for individuals who want to improve their health. These services include health assessments and ongoing health coaching to help with weight loss, physical activity plans, smoking cessation, or any other health risk you may want to address.
The WellAdvantage Health Center is operated by Marathon Health, specialists in employee health, offering primary care and health management services at the work site. Marathon Health operates more than 60 clinic locations in the United States and they specialize in inspiring people to actively participate in their own health and wellbeing.
As part of the health tools available through the WellAdvantage Health Center, you will have access to the Marathon eHealth Portal, www.marathonhealth.com. This is a complete health website with a secure Personal Health Record, health library, and nutrition and activity trackers to help you manage or monitor your diet and exercise. The eHealth Portal also provides an easy-to-use scheduling system so that you can schedule appointments when it is convenient for you.
All personal health information is protected and maintained in a HIPAA compliant manner. Health information will not be shared.

How do I join the Fitness Center?
If you are eligible to utilize the Fitness Center, you will need to attend a Fitness Center Orientation. In the orientation, you will receive your Fitness Center access card, as well as review the available equipment, guidelines for use, and safety regulations.
